As a business that was set up to help reduce waste, we are always working hard to minimise any waste that occurs throughout our production process. 

We have set ourselves high quality standards as we want all our customers to be delighted with their Cupples. This inevitably leads to a few Cupples failing to pass the checks we have in place due to superficial damage on the paintwork.

But we don't want these Cupples to be unloved and we still feel they have their place in our collections, so we have decided to hold a Flash Sale for Cupples that we wouldn't deem picture perfect but which are 'practically perfect in every way', to quote one of our all time favourites, Mary Poppins!
