Returns

If an item in your order arrives damaged or you think it might be faulty, please contact us so our Customer Services team can review the issue.

We accept returns of unused and non-personalised products in their original packaging to our warehouse, up to 30 days after receipt of your order.

Please note, we are unable to offer free returns, so the cost of returning the order will need to be covered by the customer.
